UK Delivery

We ship all orders to a UK address via DHL FedEx or Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Delivery Time: 1-2 working days

International Delivery

We ship all orders to an address outside of the UK via DHL Express or FedEx Priority. 

Delivery Times:

  • UK: 1-2 working days
  • EU: 2-4 working days
  • USA or other countries: 3-6 working days

Customs And Duties 

Orders shipped outside of UK may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and other fees levied by the destination country. All orders are delivered duties unpaid, and all import taxes, duties and customs fees, as well as compliance with the laws and regulations of the destination country, are the customer’s responsibility.

Dandelion Antiques may provide the international shipper with the product details, including cost or other contact details, so that the information can be provided to destination customs or postal authorities. Rates are dependent on the country of residence, so please contact your local customs authority for detailed information.

Points to Note:

  • We will send the parcel fully insured in 1 working day, when the payment cleared.
  • International clients are liable to customs and excise duties or taxes when purchasing from us.
  • We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
  • We are not liable for delays in orders because of custom clearance issues at destination.
  • We do not ship on weekends or bank holidays.
  • We will send an email notification including tracking information when your package has shipped.
  • All orders are defaulted to ship with signature required.
