Send your item to us using the fully insured free shipping label we provide. Then, you can track your item to see exactly where it is.
Only if the item sent to our office is found to be counterfeit, £40 will be charged for the return (shipping fee £15 and authentication fee £25 ).
Yes, we could definitely arrange an appointment for you to show us your pieces. However, submitting your selling request, along with photos and information, will be your first step. Our authentication team will evaluate the item, and only if it is deemed genuine, we will then schedule an appointment with you, if you wish.

To sell to us, you'll need to provide your ID. It can be either a valid driving license with a photo or a valid passport. You can either email us a copy of your ID or bring the original ID when you make an appointment. We can print it out in our office when you sell your items.
