Returns Policy

We always want our clients to be 100% happy but just in case you don’t love your purchase as much as we do, below is our returns policy.

We will gladly accept eligible returns within 7 days of receipt. Please see our full return policy details below.

How to Process a Return

Please Note: the cost of the return postage and card transaction fees (Shopify) will be deducted from the final refund.

Contact us within 7 days of receipt of the item to request your return.

All we ask is that you return the item to us within the original packaging including all original papers, authenticity card, box, etc. We also ask that you do not remove or damage the security tag attached to your item and make sure the item is in the condition in which you received it.

With international returns, we strongly recommend that items are returned through DHL or FedEx using the return label (please contact us for the return shipping label). With certain high value (over $2500) items sent to the USA, we are unable to issue a return label. In these cases please arrange shipping yourself using FedEx or DHL and mark it as a return on the customs declaration. This is for your protection as well as ours to ensure that the items arrive with us safely.

Refunds will only be processed once the item(s) have been received back at our office for inspection and acceptance as in the original sold condition.

Any deviation from the as sold condition resulting in decreasing the value of the returned item (e.g. scratch, missing box, paper work, etc), will reduce the refund amount.

Please be aware that any customs duties charges and sales taxes will not be refunded. 

Please note that if the parcel is returned to us due to the recipient’s refusal to pay customs fees or fill out the necessary paperwork, then the refund will be limited to 75% of the price paid for the item.

If the original payment was by direct bank transfer, the full amount will be refunded. If the original payment was by card then the refund will not include the card processing fees. For European cards this is 1.4% + 20p, for non-European this is 2.9% +20p.

Items Not Eligible For a Return

  • Returns delivered without a return request
  • Returns requested more than 7 days after receipt of the item
  • Items dispatched to us more than 48 hours after return is requested
  • The security tag missing or removed
  • Damaged, broken, engraved, altered or personalised items will not be accepted for a refund.

Refund Process Timing

After your return is safely delivered to our office and is accepted by us, please allow up to 2 business days to complete the authorization process. Your payment will be refunded, excluding the delivery cost.

Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
