A fantastic micro mosaic bracelet from the Victorian (ca1880) era. Made of gilded silver, the bangle style bracelet has a fairly wide surface with a marvelous micro-mosaic design on both front and back. Tiny tiles with vivid colors of glass have been hand set into the image, which depicts four turtle doves and detailed flowers and leaves that rest atop. On either side, the centerpiece bouquet of multicolored tesserae amidst an oval teal background, framed by black tesserae with pink and green florals, flanked by alternating teal and rust tesserae tiles centering small gold florets. This fantastic piece has a wonderful look when worn. It would make a great addition to any collection.
